Disney Part 2

We started our next day at Disney and we headed to Magic Kingdom. My siblings had left early with my dad to hopefully get on some more thrill rides. My mom and I took our time getting ready and rode the bus to Magic Kingdom. We started off with some photographs, and with a little shopping. The
previous visit to Magic Kingdom we did not get much time to shop. After shopping we took a quick picture with the fairy godmother and met up with the rest of my family. Then we all headed to the Winnie the Pooh ride which was a very fun ride. It takes you through the Winnie the Pooh movies. It was a very easy ride to get onto. You can drive a wheelchair straight in and then you just turn around and you're ready to go. I rode this one with my dad. He had said that he remembered more of the ride than he did the movies.

After we got off the Winnie the Pooh ride we headed for frontier-land to get onto Jungle Cruise.  This ride is a little tricky to get on, but I think it is worth the wait and loading process.  You first load onto a ramp which is also an elevator and then it will lower you down straight into the boat... it takes a little time, but it's super easy and it was super funny! It was one of my favorite rides. Next we headed to the Tiki Room which is a very fun show where the tiki birds sing words. After we finished the show we headed towards It's a Small World. The boats in this ride are the same as the Mexico ride boats in Epcot.  This ride was in my previous blog, but
if you didn't read that it was a boat that you drive straight into and down a small ramp, and then you take off into the water.  You have to ride It's A Small World, it is a classic and you will remember the song forever.   We headed to get some Dole Whip next. Dole Whip is a delicious treat that tastes like pineapple. We all loved eating it. My dad had a coconut drink with a little cake pop on top that was a seasonal treat. It was time to head to the Country Bear Jamboree which was a very fun show, but is very old we all got a good laugh out of it and had a lot of fun. It has been updated with new songs, and is still very funny.

Time to head to the Tomorrowland area of the park.  The Laugh Floor was our first stop. We all had a lot of fun.  We headed in and on TVs across the room they start with a pre show
Once you head in you will take a seat and then it starts. Your goal is to fill the laugh canister, but it was very fun when they chose my dad to dance (which was very funny for us... they even said "this guy didn't even have to stand up to get down".) They also showed my brother and wanted him to do something, but I don't  remember because I was still laughing too hard from my dad dancing! Throughout the show they choose people from the audience to do different things.  It is pretty funny and would be different every time.  After that we left for Carousel of Progress. It is also a classic and in my opinion a very fun ride/show. You go into a theater that turns and it takes you through the years. It shows different time periods through different inventions with the same family. It has a very fun theme song "It's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" you will be singing that for days afterwards. We headed back to the hotel for some rest and relaxation.
We headed out that evening for Hollywood Studios. That night we did some shopping and watched Fantasmic. My brother and sister and dad rode Rock N Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror while me and my mom did the early Fantasmic show. We headed for the boats which took us back to the Beach Club. The next day we headed to Hollywood Studios again (which my siblings and Dad left early again). My mom and I took the boat to Hollywood Studios.  The boat went great for us this trip and they put a ramp down so I could drive right on and sit inside.  I have
heard that if the water is not in the right conditions it is not wheelchair accessible.  If it is possible we found this the fastest and easiest way to get around. Once we got into the park we were going straight to the Indiana Jones show. Our family had joined us for it, and we all loved this show! It starts with Indiana Jones action scene, but it makes you feel like you're in the filming of the movie. It makes it you feel like you're really in the film. After the show we exited the theater, then we headed to The Little Mermaid show. They have redone the room and part of the show.  We had read about it online ahead of time.  We watched a great show that includes both animation and live acting.  If you are a Little Mermaid fan I think you would like it.  Next we went to the Beauty and the Beast show which was a very pretty show. All the dancers having beautiful costumes and big poofy dresses. The cake dress was one of our favorites. We also headed to Toy Story Mania which is a super fun ride! During this ride you have a car that you get into and you put on 3D glasses and you get to shoot a gun like machine. They have mounted this machine in the ride vehicle, and you aim at screens as the ride vehicle moves you in front of throughout the ride.  All the different things you hit with the machine earn points. My brother won between our family. Getting into the car is very easy they pull out the back of the car and then you can drive straight into a ramp. The cannon shooters on the adapted ride vehicle are adapted with a button instead of a pull rope, which is very fun and much more accessible for me. We got to ride twice because they had nobody in the accessibility line!! This was the only time during our trip this happened.  It was a very long wait to get on all the rides and this felt like a little extra Disney Magic that day. After we left there we headed to do some more window shopping on the way out, and head to the hotel. Check back for Disney part 3!
